At Bazaaryo, we believe in upholding ethical and transparent trade — values deeply rooted in Islamic teachings. Our exchange and refund policy is designed to ensure justice, fairness, and customer satisfaction, in line with Shariah principles.

✅ Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • You received the wrong product or size.

To qualify for exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact.
  • A proof of purchase and photographic evidence may be required.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock after purchase.
  • You cancel the order before shipment.
  • A valid return request is approved and exchange is not possible.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 working days, depending on the payment provider.

❌ Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Items that are:

  • Used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Custom-made or perishable
  • Sold under “final sale” or “clearance” tag (clearly mentioned at time of purchase)
