✅ Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- You received the wrong product or size.
To qualify for exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact.
- A proof of purchase and photographic evidence may be required.
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- The product is out of stock after purchase.
- You cancel the order before shipment.
- A valid return request is approved and exchange is not possible.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 working days, depending on the payment provider.
❌ Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Items that are:
- Used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Custom-made or perishable
- Sold under “final sale” or “clearance” tag (clearly mentioned at time of purchase)
